Delay on processing my claim ***

<p>Good day I was a staff member at oldmutual for 4 years working at the retirement fund administration department. I left the company in april and I submittet my documents on the 9th of june. When I made a follow up with one of my ex colleagues they told me they are still processing my claim. Today is the 11th of july and it' the same story as far as I know processing does not take more than 20working days and it has passed already, no tax application has been app**** yet.</p>
