Delay on disbur*****t of funds on loan application

I app**** for a personal loan last week Friday 20 Sept 2024 at the Maponya Mall branch,according to the consultant my application was approved and since I'm banking with ABSA,she opened up an Old Mutual Money account.I was advised that the loan will be disbursed on Saturday,up until now I've not received any correspondence.I called in on Saturday & this morning,I was informed that banking verification is still outstanding.I humbly request for this matter to be finalised asap,as I'm in urgent need of funds.
