Delay in request
Good Day
I sent an email to Old Mutual on the 23 June 2025 requesting my policy documents and to this date they have not sent anything. They just send the automated reply as acknowledgement of the request.
These are the policy numbers that I requested from them. Old Mutual Life - 0000D30F40 = R191.00 Old Mutual Life - 0000D54BC8 = R231.00 Old Mutual Life 0000AC56B2 = R292.39 Old Mutual Life 0000D19663 = R88.00 O/MUT Group Schemes - ***BO = R182.30 O/MUT Group Schemes - 69323P*** = R546.00
