Delay in payment
Old Mutual has being in possession of my documents for payout since the 2 August 2018. They have being delaying to send the documents to the receiving Fund. ROT and the application form was signed and send to Old Mutual from the receiving. Called Old Mutual today and the agent said that they have not received the documents. Such incompetence from Old Mutual.
