Delay in payment
My provident fund withdrawal was submitted to Old Mutual Superfund. My case keeps on being escalated as they are sending information to Liberty in drips and drags. My debit orders are being returned. The agent advised me that it takes 20 days from the day of submission another 5 days to SARS. After SARS has cleared the money I will then get paid. Today I was told something different that I still need to wait 5-7 working days for my payment. I can't wait that long.
