Delay in paying out provident fund for AM Pretorius

My provident fund is invested at Old Mutual reference number AM Pretorius CASC***. according to Old Mutual, on October 18, 2024, Old Mutual submitted the ROT, and await acceptance. On 29 October 2024 Old Mutual send the following email. "We are happy to confirm that the members claim was paid. Members payment letter will be available for download on the web in due course. Mail was sent by Ilse Kleynhaus. My investment money is still not available in my bank account. My debit orders did not go through. On the 22 October 2024 Old Mutual sent email saying, the claim is with our payments team, and should be paid within 24 hours, send by Kevin Kotze, from Old Mutaul. According to my broker Whitey Heymans, from Consult Woodhill, they still have not received proof of payment from Old Mutual. Please assist me in this urgent matter, as I am depending on my pension fund, to survive. Verry poor response and cooperation from Old Mutual, regarding this matter
