Delay in pay out

Yesterday was the tenth working day since I lodged my claim. I don't want the above messages that it's being attended to. I want the money in my bank account. The saddest part is that you guys are getting the premium every month that is deducting from my persal. When I have to be assisted I'm sent from pillar to post. I've borrowed money from machonisa(loan shark) so that I can assist in burying my aunt, whereas I have a policy saddest part is that I have to repay the loan shark with interest
