Delay in ill health early retirement

<p>I was permanently medically boarded in July 2016 never to be able to work again due to being diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2013 progressing steadily. In July 2016 I seek online assistance via email from Old Mutual pertaining to early retirement of policy to no avail. Yesterday in branch in Somerset West no successful assistance, instead policy being declared paid up in July was reactivated today without my approval. I am at wits end with Old Mutual as nobody seem to be able to assist me. In July 2016 I app**** online for early retirement from Sanlam due to medical reason ill health and annuity policy was swiftly paid out in full. I commend Sanlam for excellent service rendered. I cannot say the same for Old mutual as delay tactics seem to be at play? I don't know. Please help.</p>
