<p>I have about 5 policies with old mutual have been their customer for years and when I tried to get a consolidation loan I'm told I'm blocked and my name appears on the Sapfs list but that's not my identity no and not my fault and now you are punishing me for someone else's wrong doing I'm deeply hurt</p>
