Deductions without agreement - POPIA act contravention.
I have been trying to call Old Mutual number without success. All numbers. I understand its against POPIA act for them to even be deducting my money without any agreement..someone please call me and assist because I am really tired of reversing this amounts R 634.00. This creates bank charges for me much so it's not okay what old mutual is doing. I have no contracts or business with you.
