Deductions after policy cancellation

I cancelled a Policy with Old Mutual on 29 July 2024, the payments was deducted from persal. My financial adviser forwarded an enquiry in regards to the two payments which Old Mutual reveived for July as well as August 2024. I am trying to get a hold of someone that can give feedback in regards to the money deducted but not paid back to me. Payments are quick to be deducted but why no money received after this long. i hope someone would be able to make contact since I have been holding on the phone the whole day today.
