Deduction on cancelled policy
On the email I got from you on 16 August you advised that my policy that was opened has been canceled and persal deduction will not happen.
However that's not true. Old mutual deducted the premium from my September salary.
This is frustrating. I need this persal deduction stopped and refunded please.

I am sending this reply to check if Old Mutual did not take not another contribution. My employer has ran salaries already. Please kindly check if there was no deduction by Old Mutual. I was advised the stop order will take up to 3 months to stop.
For me to check I'll have to skip work and go there at salary section, and I am only free when schools close.

You visit one of your branches for assistance, and the consultants make you sign up for a policy without your permission. I am busy battling now with stopping your stop orders that's taking from my salary.
Your last reply you promised there wasn't a deduction - but my salary slip came and there was a deduction in October salary.
I got my November salary too now, again my salary is less - there is another deduction from Old Mutual.
This is not nice. When I post a complaint you get it removed, when I email you ignore my emails.
May you please assist me get my money refunded please. And stop these deductions from my employer.
