Deduction of premiums earlier as agreed
I'm really fed up with Old Mutual insurances. I signed up for a policy and to debit every month at the 4/5 th of the new month. Now they debit me on the 28/30 th of the (old) month. I'm a pensioner and my pension is paid in my account on the 1st of the new month. The bank then penalise me cause their is at that point in time not enough money in my account to pay the premium. I visited O/M at their offices where they assured me that they will look into it but to no avail. I earnestly want to cancel but it will be my lost.
