Deducting premiums incorrectly

My father passed away and yet they still deduct premiums on a policy that paid out, now I must call your call centre to get someone to do their job? I must waste my time. you have all the detail, my policy numbers etc...yet fail to cancel the policy? where is your level of ethics as a business? Is this the level of arrogance that me as the client must run behind you to cancel a policy?
