DEDUCTING MONEY FRO A DEAD PERSON

I would like to know why Old Mutual is deducting from my bank Account for an insured person who died already. i call in Friday to advise them that my Father in Law passed on and was advised that the policy will be cancelled and no further deductions will be happening. but yet last night 2 debit orders went off for an insured person who already died.

Please can someone call me on *** because i will be taking this to the OMBUDSMAN - I SPOKE TO A LADY NAMED ANDISWA - AND SHE ADVISED I WILL BE GETTING MY MONEY BECAUSE YOU GUYS DEBITED ME TWICE AND MY WIFE... IMAGINE PAYING FOR A POLICY OF A DEAD PERSON... YOU GUYS ARE *******...

i was at your branch as instructed by the call Centre then they said they find no details of this policy yet you debited twice from my account. i will have the ombudsman look at this as well as my attorneys as they will have a field day with this. for me this is *****ing from my account and a ******** act at that
