deducting money after pilicy cancaletion
On June 2015 I cancelled a policy with Old Mutual at Richards Bay branch and on the 25.06.2015 / 25.07.2015 / 25.08.2015 and 25.09.2015 they still deducting money from my account for the same policy that was cancelled and I reported this to the same office and asked for refunds for more than 4 times now, but I have not received my funds and they still deducting.
