Deceased wish not honored

Sometime in August 2019 I logged a complaint, and in two days received a call and the lady said to me, are you all claiming for this small amount, my response was if all of us are on the nomination form that means my mother wanted all of us get to get something even if its R20 we have to get it. There is a reason why my mother filled a nomination form of which I cannot disclose. She emailed me the forms and before we could email her back the filled forms she called and requested all my siblings contact details as well as my mother's friend details to interview everybody and of which she did and despite that I still collected everybody's forms and email it to her on the 29 August what surprises me is that last week my mother employer received feedback and none of us got anything. She also told me that this money belongs to the trustees and its not my mothers but why was it deducted from my mothers salary if it belonged to the trustees. She said they don't have a copy and I emailed her a signed copy of the nomination forms, and I also said because of the law I understand that my father will be entitled to 50% and the remaining 50% will be shared between thee children because of the signed copy of the form, she told me no it is the trustees money. So when you deduct the money do you actually communicate with the people to tell them when you die its not your wish but the trustees wish, I know the form should be used as a guide but it has to honor the deceased wish. *** - Maria Lekuba
