Deceased Estate, Old Mutual let other company do the 'work'

Old Mutual left my family in the dark when we needed them the most.After a lifetime of premiums,and trusting their 'good reputation' they handed over my father's deceased Estate to a useless company called Legatus.This company doesn't answer phones,and refuse to get any work done on the estate.My mother is destitute and this after trusting Old Mutual. It has been 2 years with nothing done.How can Old Mutual pass the buck? Why are they refusing to work on my father's estate?
