Debiting money is not late, but Old Mutual is never there to answer question

opened an education policy for my son in April. I'm struggling to get my policy number and my confirmation letter detailing the pros n cons of the contract. I tried calling them on their customer service line and you wait for 30min listening to a song.

this was not the case when I wanted to open the policy. I received their calls every 15--20 minutes
