Debiting accounts before payday WHY?????

Old mutual debts your account before there is even funds available (before payday) and yet I called in to have my dates changed before as if was not the first time. So now I am accountable for added and unnecessary bank charges. This is unacceptable and should be sorted out by Old Mutual.
