Debited from my account by force, after cancellation my policy

I would like to write a review about Old Mutual

This is Olwethu Toto who was having a insurance policy with Old Mutual and I had to cancel it because of my reasons, but yesterday I was debited from Old Mutual by a force and I want my money back before the end of today.

How can a canceled policy can be debited. Please Old Mutual bring my money back, because it shows that you debited me by force and you are *****ing my money. Please fix this issue before it gets out of hand. I’m begging you, I don’t want you to call me, I want my money back.
