Debited for an insurance that does not even reflect under my profile

Hope this finds you well.

I have tried to cancel an insurance which i get debited every month that they keep telling me that they don't even see it under my profile and i have been paying this for over 2 years thinking it's mine, so now am tired of reversing it every month and some months i forget. I need help in getting every cent they debited wrongly from my account and also cancel this policy.

I tried calling with no resolution to this issue, i keep getting referred to department after department so am tired of them now.

The amount debited is R168.52 and it started somewhere in 2023 Feb or March.
