Debit run before the correct date

There's a reason why a debit order date is given to a service provider by the customer so I don't understand why you idiots feel the need to come ***** up my account, this is so unprofessional and I hope for your sake you are planning on doing something to rectify the matter, oh and just so you know sending an sms to your customers notifying them about the not so expected debit order does not automatically make funds fall from the sky and make them available on the account, should this happen again I am escalating it as high as I can.
