Debit orders

I am so disappointed with Old mutual, I have debit orders for almost R6000 going off my account every month, I make sure that every month there is money for those debit orders but from the beginning of this year Old Mutual debit on wrong dates and sometimes I calls to say one of my policies will laps. My debit orders goes off on the 20th of every month but of late they go off when old mutual wants too. Today the debit orders went off on the 15th. This is wrong and it is such a big inconvenience for me. I am going to cancel my debit orders surely there are other companies that can help me better
