Debit orders

I am Mnyamezeli Yenge, Id *** and have many policies with old mutual. My concern is that they do not debit as per our agreement and I have been calling to rectify the problem but still. My debit date has not changed and bank account has not changed. If something happens with one of the people that i have insured I will be told that i'm in areas and i do not want that. Please resolve this
