Debit Order Running and still no contract

I opened an Educational Plan in May 2015 and I was assisted by a consultant by the name of Lulama. I agreed with the consultant that the debit order should run on the 26th of June and that she will send me the contract before June for me to study. The contract never arrived and I phoned the consultant to inquire and she was not available. I then left a message for her to phone me back but no one phoned back. The debit order went through on the 26th and I still don't have the contract. I am very disappointed though because I have been with Old Mutual for years and i have never had such an experience.
