Debit Order Nightmare

Following my retirement in Nov 2024 I made a request to change my debit order date. This instructions was not actioned. Feb is where I received the relevant documents and was advised that new debit order date would be put in place. Again this did not happen. I then physically went to their offices to try and resolve this issue. A debit order arrangement was made to collect the outstanding funds from Jan-Feb in March which was actioned. The debit order for end of March did not run once again similar to what happened in Feb, which saw me at their offices once again. Unfortunately the consultants at their offices are not equipped to service clients with life cover policies, this makes resolution of this issue really problematic. I have since visited the offices once again as the end of May debit order did not run only to be told my policy has lapsed. A policy running from 2007 to date and all of a sudden this has now lapse, this following numerous attempts to resolve their sporadic debiting of my account. Old Mutual this is disappointing and disheartening.
