debit order (money reversal)
My name is senzo mo***eng I went in orange farm branch to reverse my debit order last week tuesday. I filled a form and i was advised that I would be called to confirm with 10 days! Now is Thursday! No communication or prior notice being given to me! Why must I fight for my money.
