Debit Order *****

Yesterday (on my birthday) I recieved a call from a sales consultant by the name of Ntethelelo Innocent Mkhize from an Old mutual branch in KZN, he enquired about my previous education plan that I had taken for my kids only to find out today that he was **********ly setting up a debit order of R400 on my account which almost went through today had my bank not requested for my permission.
