Debit order delay
I have done necessary communication with old mutual and submitted debit order forms with old mutual but money was not deducted and I have a cash back payment due that is gonna be affected by their delay.
I have been enquiring about this and so many reference numbers and promises to get back to me but never.
This was the last reference number given: OLCMAN***9
