Debit Order Date Change
I've done a policy quote online & accidently put in the incorrect month & now they cannot change the date??? I've made it for the 3rd month, but it should be for the 4th month & now they said they cannot change it...Yeah right! I will then just reverse the money & invest else where, where I can get assistance from!

27 Mar 2021, 08:19Got a phone call from Colleen. Said I can reverse the D/O. They cannot stop the debit order its to late lol. Weird that other companies can, but just not Old Mutual. Anyway debit order went off, but it's a non reversal Debit Order?? What now clever Old Mutual! Take clients money and make sure you cannot get it back! Pathetic service. They just throw their hands up in the air sorry there's nothing we can do! For such a big company you don't even try to help you customers! I will never advise anyone to invest in this Company EVER!
