Debit Order Date

Good day. Please be so kind and note that my debit order date is not the 29th of a month. Who authorized that a debit order should be deducted on this date ? I am so disappointed in this decision as my salary is only paid on the 31st of each month . I did not give you permission to deduct on the date.Kindly contact me in this regard.
