Debit Order Change date

I tried changing my debit order because salaries seems to be reflecting later and because my salary is not reflecting in my account as yet my debit orders are basically lined up to go off as soon as it reflects.I got a call on my mobile from an agent which was very embarrassing., then they called my HR to confirm everything. I find this very embarrassing that if your account is being tracked why do what they did because my HR called me and advised me about the call. I don't appreciate these calls as i pay my accounts. And o call my work place and embarrass me is even worst. And then they still have the cheek to send me sms's saying my account is in arrears when my account is being tracked.
