Debit order cancellation

<p>I'm currently under debt review administration and my creditor old mutual won't cancel their debit order on my bank account till they get proposal letter, 17.2 form and signed power of attorney document. The 17.1 Form was sent to them requesting that they stop deductions instead of complying even when they're told that the 17.2 Form and proposal will be sent as per the rules and regulation of NCR, i.e. there's specific time lines they should stick to that the 17.2 Form will be sent about 10 working days or so after the 17.1 Form and the proposal will be sent on day 25 or so after date of application. My only concern is that I'll be paying Hyphen PDA and Old Mutual simultaneously </p>
