Debit order

Hi, I have requested old mutual funeral insure to change debit order dates from 25 to last of month of which after two months of waiting finally got acknowledgement it was changed.

To my surprise by 25 April debit order went through and atleast i had funds. Come 25 May same happens and at this time, no funds which meant chargesof R120 from my bank. I wrote, no response from insurer. 25 June same R120 bank charges, wrote emails and still no response.
