Debit order

Month end I noticed that the debit order for my educational policy didn't go I then send an email on the 02nd of February to check why the debit order didn't go off to my surprise the debit order went off when I just finished to press send on the email.<br> <br> I would like to know who gave you guys the permission to skip the date when you were suppose to take the money and go into my account on the 02nd and debit my money without my knowledge. This is unacceptable and im still waiting for someone to call me as I sent that email I wanted to know why the debit order dint went off on the date that it was suppose to go off.
