debit order

I AM SO SICK OF OLD MUTUAL NOT STICKING TO THE ONTRACT

When I took a loan my debit ORDER date is on the 25TH of every month , but no OLD MUTUAL TRACKS THE MONEY BEFORE ,

Now this kind of NONENSE messes up MYr bank account because charges they fall on ME especially for returned debits .

For eg: THIS MONTH ( November ) the 25 is on a Monday how come money was deducted on Saturday ??? ( I need an answer . And prior to that I received an sms from old mutual stating that there should be money on my account to day ( that was the 22nd ????????)

The money that gets deducted before the 25 is NOT FOR OLD MUTUAL ,

I NEED SOME CLARITY ON THIS
