Debit Order

So i have taken out a life cover in July

so i would have expected my debit to off in August so on the 30th August 2017 i receive a message and a call confirming that i have taken out a policy.

on the 4th a debit went off they are just debiting my account on any date so far i had to pay R300 for unpaid debit orders and the advisor just ignoring my emails
