Debit order

I have 2 policies with old mutual I don’t know why they think it’s ok for them to be debited to different dates!! I have complained but nothing changes I am still left with the inconvenience. All I want is for my account to be debited on the 27th of each month for both policies but nooooo they will take the money out when they feel like it and give sarcastic responses when questioned! Should I want to cancel they will have penalties but they are in the wrong Haskaaaa mxm
