debit date

when i opened the policy told the lady to make the debit date on the 20 th or last day of the month now every time when the month end before it bounce and it affect my credit rating which i am trying to buy car when you call hold for more than 15 min, and i am working in call centre forever busy.Today i called i spoke to guy by the name of Paul Masiko at 11:00 gave me email address to complain but it came back wrong which is [Email Removed] why is the call centre if we cant be assisted telephonically.
