Death retirement not attended since December 2020

Wow wow wow wow... Old Mutual are the worst. My dad's retirement fund hasn't paid out neither have we gotten any response from them. I did the claim online I then saw that nothing was happening so I went to their offices they told me I cannot submit a new claim because I had already done it online. I was then promised feedback on two days as an email was sent to head office. It's been 7 days now and nothing was done.. I have siblings who don't know where the next meal will come as the bread winner has passed and its funny how easily you reach them when you have to sign on but it's so difficult to receive a claim.. Sies man I'm disgusted with this company I've had enough of being sent ip and down and using more money for documents that are needed but when I get there I'm told they aren't needed.. Please fix yourselves this is a total shambles and you need better systems I'm very tempted to take you on
