DEATH FUNERAL CLAIM FOR MAIN MEMBER

Funeral claim for my sister in law, She passed away I went to Old mutual branch yesterday was on Monday 23 August 2020 to make claim for my sister in law on her policy she is the 1who was paying for her policy from (main member)from 2017, We only find out that her policy its not active according to their knowledge, but she was keep her policy @ standard bank and we have a proof of her payments (reciepts)for all these years even 2021 her last payment was on 20 August 2021 she was keep on paying as usually because nobody informed her about changes in her policy ,Old mutual was not communicating with her but they keep on taking her payments and we have a proof of her payments, We only find out after a day she passed away that she not covered but she paid even this year according to her reciept. Now we getting confused what we going to do because she don't have another policy, she chose Old mutual because she thought that they will do good for her and her family bt now it's sad moment because this trusted Old mutual cause more pain because she was a bread winner in this family, PAINFUL...
