Death claims...Good luck!

Logged a death claim and not able to get a reply. Moved from one department to another only to be transferred back to the first and so it goes. Does anyone in OM have a clue? The staff can't even find the claim using the tracking number that OM supp****. Don't bother trying to get the issue escalated. Management obviously do not deal with customer issues...they tend to forget who pays their salaries. Tracking # CCC ********** 3
