Death claims

Hello Peter my name is Phumla Precious Mkhize I'm worried and confused i really need your help, my sister was working at Luthuli Hospital under uMongi Facilities Services she died 2020 November 01 up until now we don't get answers about her children's money, Old mutual death claims superfund they don't respond to my emails, kids are suffering she was the only support they have, i don't know what to do since I'm also not working we even ask for food from neighbors.

Please help.
