Death Claim turnaround time,debit refund still awol

<p>I registered a claim on 22/09/2016,whereby I was told the turnaround time is 2 days.on 27/09/2016 when I followe up,I was told that they could not find the supporting documents for the claim,the same day the debit order for the policy went through my account.I had to rescan the documents after the funeral has taken place a day later I got my claim.I made a request for the debit order refund to date I am still waiting.</p>
