Death Claim taking 12 months to finalise.

The worst service experience I have ever received, even home affairs does a better job at this rate. I made a death claim on my mother's policy and was assisted by Keenan McKay who hasn't done anything honestly apart from sending me one email with lots of documents that were not even explained to me. I was told it takes up to 12 months to finalise claims. I and shocked 😲 and yet they are sitting with the money somewhere and collecting interest o it that I will never even see, honestly what happened to the time value of money or do they not even understand it. If you don't want your loved ones to suffer after your passing do not insure with them. I am going to cancel my policies with them too.
