Death Claim not paid after 48hrs
death claim (CE806353)submitted on 10/09/2015, still not paid nor i received any comuunication from old mutual. Affidavit submitted on the 11/09/2015. follow up made at the branch on 16/09/2015 but still heard nothing from the death claim dept. Policy numbers, *** & ***
