Death claim not paid 18 months later!

We have submitted a death claim to Old Mutual Superfund in December 2020. 18 months later and the claim is still not paid. The deceased's daughters has been left with an unemployed Grandmother and Old Mutual superfund are not releasing the benefits due to them. We request the details of the relevant ombud so that we can lodge an official complaint. It is a shame to deal with such insensitive individuals
