Death claim not been attented to

My husband passed away a year ago... 8.1.2019... he was the breadwinner of the family... I put a claim in against the policy... death claim. Since the last year I am struggling with Old Mutual to pay the money out. Im deadlock on what to do next. It cost me money for all the phone calls... I do work as contractworker and only get paid if I work...but i dont have any more money for petrol or bread for my kids ... and all Old Mutaul is saying it will take 48 hours... since 8 january 2020..and they will phone me back and email me but no response... so what more should i do to get a positive response ... all i need is the money that he put away for me when he is gone... and i cant get it
