Death Claim

We have been paying premiums for years now. When it is time to claim there are many issues. This has been going on for four weeks now. Even after the claim is approved for payment you are sent from pillar to post. The department that is supposed to assist is not the correct depart anymore. For the past one hour, I have not been assisted. I spoke to Sizipho and and her manager Fahiema. Fahiema promised that the person who advised me that the claim was approved as they cannot help me.

Word of advice. Stay away from this entity!!!!!!
